2020 Men's Member-Guest Tournament

 

 Entry includes all the following...

 

 

PRACTICE ROUND WITH MEMBER: Thursday, August 20th 

  • Reserve your practice round starting August 13th. You must be scheduled to play with a member during this practice round. 
  • Putting Contest Qualifying begins @ 10:00am
  • 12:30 p.m. Shotgun with a box lunch
  • Heavy Hor dourves 5:30 - 8:00 p.m.
  • "Live Team Auctions" at 6:00 p.m. Team Buy for $300. 

     * Teams have an option to buy up to 50% of their own team. Teams must pay the buyer before teeing off on             Thursday!   

     ** Please be prepared to pay for your own team that night, accounts will not be billed. 

 

COMPETITION: Friday, August 21st 

  • Breakfast Burrito on Patio @ 7:30 a.m.
  • Announcement @ 8:45 a.m.
  • Competition - 9:00 a.m. Shotgun (Both Ball on Odd Holes, Best Ball on Even Holes - Modified Stableford Points) 
  • Hosted BBQ Lunch after round completion
  • No Host Dinner available at 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. Chef Mike will feature a "menu special" for all member-guest participants but reservation are required.  

 

COMPETITION: Saturday, August 22nd 

  • Competition - 10:00 a.m. Shotgun (Both Ball on Even Holes, Best Ball on Odd Holes- Modified Stableford Points)
  • Boxed Lunch available @ 11:00am
  • Putting Contest Final Qualification - 2:00-3:00 p.m. & Finals at 3:30 p.m. (top 3 and ties place)
  • Cocktails @ 6:00pm
  • Dinner & Awards Ceremony @ 6:30pm

*We will be using your Lowest Handicap Index For the Year

*Cancellation Policy - After August 1st, teams will be refunded 75% of entry fee
